Hornady 12 ga. 8-point Crimp Starter (HCS-12-8) is intended to be an add-on accessosry.
(Defense - combat loads tend to be found with a 6-point
crimp; however there are some exceptions)
The 8-point tends to be for smaller shot loads used in upland game hunting & putting small game meat on the table.
We recognize that having an 8-point Crimp Starter may be a nice addition to the BASIC Kit which only comes with a 6 point.
We now offer the 8-point as an individual add on item.
